Shipping Information

 

We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 3 business days for dispatch.

Standard International Shipping: 8-20 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on time of year, holiday seasons & other local and international factors. *All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

We request all of our customers to provide both cellphone and email contact details. This is to ensure that couriers have at least one means of contacting you when you order is ready to be delivered to your residence or local mail distribution center. 

We generally ship via AliExpress standard shipping. The current status of your order can be checked via this website: https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/.

For other dispatch services such as Cai Nao, you will be able to track the status of your order by directly entering the tracking number on your order confirmation page. 

If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in multiple shipments at differing times. This is normal and to be expected. Separate tracking numbers may also be provided for orders consisting of more than one item. 

PLEASE NOTE: Many Zen Pet items are shipped in bulkier packages that may not be delivered to your door, depending on the mailing practices of your local postal service.  If you live in a country or region where freight and parcels are delivered to local post office boxes or local distribution centers (rather than delivered to your place of residence), please ensure that you have up-to-date communication with your local mail distribution center, to ensure that you are made aware of when your order arrives and is ready for you to pick it up. 

We want to ensure that your order arrives safe-and-sound with you.

Zen Pets provides you with tracking numbers so you can see where your order is up to, but your local mail distribution center is responsible for informing you when your order is available for pick-up. If you believe your order is currently available for pick-up, but you have not been informed via email or phone contact, please contact your local distribution center or postal service. 

Unfortunately, Zen Pets cannot be held liable if orders are not picked up from a local distribution center in a timely manner and are subsequently returned to our suppliers.
